The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

  • 1305 Broad Ripple Avenue - Flanner Buchanan site redevelopment. Zinkan Enterprises, LLC is planning to redevelop the Flanner Buchanan Broad Ripple Funeral Home into a multi-family site.
